6/24/25!

8:47pm, today I began my Esports evening activity! I had a lot of fun playing Overwatch with my friend. I got to resolve some personal issues today, so I feel like a weight is off my shoulders in that regard. I'm continuing my writing class, I'll have some homework to do when I get back to the dorms, and I began a Hollistic Wellbeing class! I did more research on Elon University and NCSU and what types of scholarships I would be interested in. My friend wants to study abroad, however that's not really my thing... A full ride would help me a lot, so I'm interested in those kinds of scholarships. I want to go for game design, so I would have to major in computer science at NCSU to recieve their full ride.

9:14pm, today I attended Elon's annual Juneteenth celebration! I had a really good time and I feel like I learned a lot. I like to learn new things every day, and while I already knew some about about what Juneteenth is, I'd like to think I learned more. In my Creative Writing class, I'm writing a Sonnet! We listened to three poems today and I think my favorite was "Rat Ode". In art, we created visionboards. On mine, I pained NC State, money, HTML coding, and "JOB". I'm very proud of it. I got a lot done updated on my website today & yesterday as well, which I'm excited about. During our break, my group went to a coffee shop and I was able to buy an iced caramel latte since $200 randomly dropped in my account last night?! An extra $100+ of what I thought I was getting.

6/16/25!

12:12pm, I began my creative writing class with an exercise about writing down the things we fear. I have a professor I've had before and one I've heard good things about, and I'm very excited! Me and my friends wanted to go to the makerhub and work on pins and drawing, but we weren't able to and went to the library instead. I'm going to the gym tonight with another friend, but I'm mostly just looking foward to lunch.
